responsibilities

As Senior System and Network Administrator, you’ll join the Information Technology team and your responsibilities will be the following:

• Administration of Microsoft office 365 landscape and Azure services
• Administration of Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory & Domain architecture, NTFS permissions, DNS,DHCP, Clusters, DFS
• Administration of virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Administration of systems monitoring software LEM, SIEM
• Administration of Microsoft System Center Platform
• Administration of Cisco VOIP phone systems
• Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis and upgrade administrative tools.
• Manage, support, and ensure operating viability of LAN/WAN and report any abnormalities to the Network Administration Team
• Administration of Veeam Backup & Replication backup software
• Administration and testing of disaster recovery technologies
• Administration of support ticketing system
• Basic administration of SAP Products
• Writing IT Policies, SOPs, Manuals

In order for your profile to match the Senior System and Network Administrator position, you need to have the following skills:

• ≥ 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Previous experience with providing 2nd, 3rd level support
• Capable of performing design, test and implementation of complex technical solutions
• Must be able to work independently to troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, identify, isolate technical issues
• Strong experience of IT systems & network security
• Resolve errors and alarms quickly and provide timely escalation
• Any certification(s) (e.g. Microsoft MCSA, MCSE, VMware VCP, Veeam VMCE etc) will be considered asset(s)
• Very good communication skills in both Greek and English
• Completed military obligations, if applicable
