Server

The Server is to ensure that the guest has an enjoyable dining experience by providing ethical food with exceptional service at a great value. Servers work in the front of the house taking orders, serving food and making handcrafted drinks, and removing dinnerware from the bar in a timely manner.

Activities & Responsibilities

Primary

Greeting Guest in a timely Fashion to company standards

Guiding guest through our menu with full knowledge

Taking orders and placing orders through POS

Running and Serving Food and Drinks

Following Recipes, making and deliver handcrafted cocktails

Ability to obtain restaurant cleanliness by completing opening, running, and closing side works

Taking correct payment and cash handling

Opening and Closing the restaurant by the ability to move equipment and furniture

Minimum Qualifications

1 Year in full-service dining atmosphere REQUIRED

Professional communication skills are required

Ability to take direction

Top-Notch customer service capability

Ability to work in a team environment

Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure

License/Qualifications:
Food Handlers permit required $10.00 would be deducted from Paycheck if not produced.

  • Must be able to work Sunday, Monday, nights, weekends, and some holidays
