responsibilities
- Acting as the 1st point of contact for Africa region
- Marine lubricants’ order taking and management
- Handling complaints and passing them on to a manager if required
- Ensuring on-time delivery by prioritising workflow
- Maintaining that all customers’ invoicing is completed
requirements
- Maritime studies in BSc or MSc level
- Customer service experience will be a considered as a great asset
- Fluency in French and English
- Excellent communication skills and client-centric mindset
