responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Supply Chain and Logistics Assistant are the following:

• Coordinate the import cycle of the goods end-to-end
• Organize the warehouse storage and distribution of goods
• Prepare the planning and the forecasting of the demand
• Follow up with ordering and invoicing on time and accurately
• Ensure weekly/monthly KPI’s reporting
• Work closely with account payable department to ensure a smooth and punctual order to pay flow to the plant and the transporters
• Work closely with billing department to ensure a smooth and punctual invoicing flow to the distributor
• Strictly follow all internal and external procedures and requirements

The ideal candidate for the role of the Supply Chain and Logistics Assistant should have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management or Logistics 
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in supply and logistics
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
• Familiar with SAP will be considered as an asset
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, searching for process optimization and innovation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Adaptability skills to contact, working and communicating with different cultures of people
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, open-minded, constructive, proactive, dynamic, rigorous, responsible, accountable
