Position Summary:
Responsible for configuring software platforms according to SDLC change control process. Ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.

Responsibilities:
Builds and executes express configurations within a 48-hour SLA.

Builds configurations and/or SQL scripts for weekly software releases.

Communicates with business partners and/or other resource teams.

Updates JIRA (ticketing system) as work progresses.

Completes training as required.

Follows up on PRV Express tickets with business owners.

Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:
High School Degree or equivalent preferred and a minimum of one (1) + years’ experience working in a similar field.

Experience in the Mortgage industry preferred.
