Job specification: PMO Program Delivery Lead for NCIT (Technology Projects)

• We’re looking for an experienced, high energy individual who can drive change and who wants to be a part of shaping the Revolution of our tax business over the next +/- 18 months.

• The candidate will be responsible for the operationalisation of best practice Program Management Methodology and enabling team cohesion. They will ensure that the PMO team are in control of Finance and Budget Management. Responsible for monitoring and reporting of overall Program Risks. GTP Liaison and Technology Risk and Dependency Management w.r.t NCIT

The tasks will consist of the following:

• Operationalisation of best practice Program Management Methodology:

• Ensuring this is in place across the Program. He will collaborate and team with the PMO to ensure that lessons learnt across the team are leveraged and that there is consistency in the program management methodology and reporting used across the solutions and countries.

• Operationalizing overall Program plan, including project methodology and project plans, ensuring they are in place and being monitored and managed effectively and efficiently by the PMO Team across all Streams of the CDP and NCIT

• Monitor progress across the Program to ensure that milestones are being met across the various Streams and Stakeholder Groups and reporting to PMO Leader on progress against milestones / escalating Red Flags causing delays in a timely manner

• Supporting and guiding the PMO on the execution of the program and ensuring a balance of work to ensure the load is shared evenly and all team members are being effectively utilized

• Responsible for ensuring that the PMO are aligned and implementing required CDP methodology into their Streams and working collaboratively with the Business Leads. Ensure that overall progress tracking and reporting is timeously received and accurately depicted in Program Dashboard in time for biweekly publication.

• Finance and Budget Management:

• Responsible for ensuring that PMO are managing their stream budgets and conducting monthly financial reviews and obtaining sign offs for all time and expenses charged to the codes within their stream/country. Ensuring that the monthly checklists have been reviewed and signed-off by Workstream leaders.

• Program Risk Management:

• Ensuring risk management program controls are in place and operational for tracking, reporting and mitigating Program risks & dependencies

• Ensuring Regular engagement with CDP Leadership to manage and mitigate Program risks & dependencies

• Proactively driving and pushing forward mitigation of program risks

• GTP Liaison and Technology Risk and Dependency Management

• CDP and GTP collaboration for NCIT localization

• Attendance in all GTP and CDP weekly calls in order to ensure that we are tracking the technology risks, dependencies and mitigation plan.

• Proactively drive the mitigation actions and work to move, shift and close critical risks

• Ensure complete transparency and agreement between GTP and CDP regarding the detail recorded in the Risk and Dependency log

• Chair weekly connects with NCIT Leadership to review and agree on mitigation plans regarding technology risks

• Support NCIT Leadership with preparing content and managing the monthly connects with global leaders

To qualify for the role the applicant must have

• In-depth experience in complex global project deliveries

• Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, including cross-cultural competence

• Experience in working with creative and content teams

• Agile project management skills and strong change management skills

• Comfort working with teams in multiple locations
