responsibilities
The Personal Assistant will be responsible to:
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Monitor daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, letters, emails, presentations, reports
- Take minutes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Organize and maintain the office filing system including corporate administration, contracts and other legal documents
- Assist with bank account documentation and know your customer documentation
requirements
The ideal candidate for this Personal Assistant position should have:
- University Degree in relevant field
- A minimum 5 years work experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Greek
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with office system applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
- Familiarity with legal and corporate documents
- Discretion and confidentiality
