The responsibilities of the HR Business Partner include:
- Cooperates with hiring managers to find talents
- Evaluates candidates, assesses their resumes and credentials, conducts interviews, and builds a network of potential employees
- Manages social media to post job vacancies and identifies suitable applicants
- Oversees and administers the employees rewards and benefits
- Maintains the HR system in line with the ongoing demands of the business
- Provides technical support (HRIS) to key stakeholders
- Works across teams to ensure HR objectives are met
- Participates in and/or leads projects focused on continuous improvement
requirements
The ideal candidate for the HR Business Partner role should have:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field
- Master’s degree will be considered a plus
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in HR operations, especially in Recruiting & Compensation and Benefits functions (multinational organization and/or consulting will be considered a plus)
- Excellent command of the English language both written and oral
- Advanced use of MS Office with emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint
- Hands on experience with HR software (HRIS)
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication & influencing skills
