The responsibilities of the HR Business Partner include:

• Cooperates with hiring managers to find talents
• Evaluates candidates, assesses their resumes and credentials, conducts interviews, and builds a network of potential employees
• Manages social media to post job vacancies and identifies suitable applicants
• Oversees and administers the employees rewards and benefits
• Maintains the HR system in line with the ongoing demands of the business
• Provides technical support (HRIS) to key stakeholders
• Works across teams to ensure HR objectives are met
• Participates in and/or leads projects focused on continuous improvement

requirements

The ideal candidate for the HR Business Partner role should have:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field
• Master’s degree will be considered a plus
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in HR operations, especially in Recruiting & Compensation and Benefits functions (multinational organization and/or consulting will be considered a plus)
• Excellent command of the English language both written and oral
• Advanced use of MS Office with emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint
• Hands on experience with HR software (HRIS)
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication & influencing skills
