Γενικά –Αντικείμενο Εργολαβίας- Περιγραφή- Υπάρχουσα κατάσταση
Αντικείμενο της παρούσας εργολαβίας είναι η προμήθεια υλικών και η κατασκευή κατάλληλων υποδομών προκειμένου για την εγκατάσταση προκατασκευασμένων οικίσκων διαμονής, υπηρεσιών και υγιεινής.
Προβλέπεται η τοποθέτηση 6 προκατασκευασμένων οικίσκων (8.00μ*3.00μ περιπου) και 3 προκατασκευασμένων οικίσκων υγιεινης, (1.50μ*1.50μ) σύμφωνα με την προτεινόμενη διάταξη (Σχεδιο Α2).
Ο χώρος που θα εκτελεστούν οι εργασίες είναι στην είσοδο του Κ.Υ.Τ., καταλαμβάνει έκταση περιπου E= 520 m², έχει διαστρωθει με χαλίκι και έχει υφιστάμενη περίφραξη περιμετρικά του γηπέδου.
Περιγραφή Εργασιών
Η εργολαβια περιλαμβάνει τις παρακάτω εργασίες:
- Κατασκευή περίφραξης συρματοπλέγματος.
- Χωματουργικές εργασίες
- Κατασκευή των απαραίτητων ηλεκτρολογικών, υδραυλικών και αποχετευτικών δικτύων για την εξυπηρέτηση των οικίσκων.
- Προμηθεια και εγκατάσταση φωτιστικών σωμάτων.
- Κατασκευή ειδικών κατασκευών (μεταλλικά στέγαστρα) 2.6 Προμήθεια υλικών (κάδοι απορριμμάτων, πυροσβεστήρες) Χρονοδιάγραμμα
Ο Ανάδοχος οφείλει να ολοκληρώσει το σύνολο των ζητούμενων εργασιών σε διάστημα 30 ημερολογιακών ημερών από την υπογραφή του συμβολαίου.
Competitive scope
Site Visit
A site visit will be organized on Monday 24 August among bidders that submit their interest to participate in the site visit by email to [email protected] no later than 18/08/2019 at 15:00 hrs local time.
A maximum of 2 (two) representatives per company is allowed. Names and contact details of the company’s representatives must be provided, prior to the Site Visit.
Participation to the site visit shall be at the bidders’ own expenses. There will be no reimbursement from UNHCR.
The site visit will be organized and communicated in advance ONLY to the companies that submitted their interest by email and within the established deadline.
Requests for Clarifications
Requests can be received by email only to Supply unit at [email protected] and the deadline for receipt of questions is Tuesday 25 August 2020 at 23:59 hrs local Greek time.
Bidders are requested to keep all questions concise.
UNHCR will compile the questions received and plans to respond to questions via email. UNHCR may, at its discretion, copy any reply to a particular question to all other invited bidders at once.
Submission of Quotations

Please be aware of the fact that the e-mail policy employed by UNHCR limits the size of attachments to a maximum of 20 Mb so it may be necessary to send more than one e-mail for the whole submission.

Your offer should be in two parts:
1. Technical offer. To be submitted by the Bidder signed.
2. Financial offer. To be submitted using Annex H form, signed by the Bidder.
Both offers should submitted as separate documents in pdf files.
You are kindly asked to hold your quotation valid for at least 120 days.
