Provision of Establishment on Alarm System Maintenance and Signaling Receiver Center Services

UNCHR is requesting for a service provider to provide for UNHCR offices in islands (Lesvos, Chios, Samos, Kos, Leros) the below services:

1. Alarm System Maintenance/Repair Services

Service:

  • Preventive Maintenance
  • Repair Services on an ad hoc basis

Frequency

  • Once every six (6) months On a yearly basis
  • Ad hoc On an hourly basis

During the implementation of requested services, UNHCR may purchase materials related to maintenance and repair services from the Contractor. Where applicable, the Contractor shall present UNHCR up to three (3) quotations for each required material, and UNHCR, at its discretion should determine which one to purchase.

2. Access Control, Surveillance and Call Center Services

Service

  • Alarming Signal Receiver Centre should provide 24/7 wireless coverage in case of intrusion and/or fire signal is transmitted;
  • Instant notification of pre-set contacts/competent authorities/persons entitled to deal with the incident;
  • Instant reporting in case of malfunctioning [motion, fire sensors, CCTV (cameras and monitors if connected) and/or central alarm unit].

UNHCR Lesvos premises located at Merarchias Archipelagous street (Epano Skala), Lesvos, 81100

UNHCR Samos Premises located at 46, Gymnasiarchou Katevaini, Samos, 83100

UNHCR Chios premises located at Varvaki 1 & Ef. Argenti, Chios, 82100

UNHCR Kos premises located at 7, Eleftheriou Venizelou street, Kos, 85300

UNHCR Leros premises located at Agia Marina, Leros, 85400

The awarded supplier must provide administrator accounts and/or credentials for all software suites used as well as all access rights to UNHCR focal point for each location.

Requests can be received by email only to Supply unit at [email protected] and the deadline for receipt of questions is Thursday 10 September 2020 at 23:59 hrs local Greek time. Bidders are requested to keep all questions concise.

UNHCR will compile the questions received and plans to respond to questions by uploading them to UNHCR Site. UNHCR may, at its discretion, copy any reply to a particular question to all other invited bidders at once.

Please be aware of the fact that the e-mail policy employed by UNHCR limits the size of attachments to a maximum of 20 Mb so it may be necessary to send more than one e-mail for the whole submission.
