Provide overall strategic direction for UNCP clubs and orgs. Advise the Student Government Association. Create a comprehensive assessment program to evaluate student learning, student development, and stakeholder perceptions and needs. Develop a communication plan to promote UNCP’s clubs and orgs to prospective students and families, current students, faculty, and staff, and UNCP alumni. Oversee the budgeting and expenditures of the clubs and orgs branch of the Campus Engagement and Leadership office. Prepare and submit reports detailing the fraternity/sorority GPAs, recruitment and membership statistics. Maintain web and social media presence for fraternities and sororities. Ensure online information is current, updated regularly, and founded in best practices to further the mission of the university, the Division of Student Affairs, the Campus Engagement and Leadership, and UNCP clubs and orgs including the fraternity/sorority community.

Remain actively involved and engaged with the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors as well as other relevant student affairs associations. Travel with fraternity/sorority leaders to annual and/or regional leadership conferences. Assist with all club and org (including fraternity and sorority) conduct investigations to ensure the process and potential sanctions are congruent with proper procedures. Plan and implement a comprehensive hazing prevention program which may include a hazing prevention task force, training for advisors, unaffiliated students, fraternity/sorority new member educators, etc., campus-wide education, parent and family education, etc. Advise all clubs and orgs including SGA and the six (6) Greek Life Councils (All Greek Council (AGC-Greek Programming Board), IFC, Hok Nosai (Native American Greek Council), MCGC, NPC, and NPHC). Continually train and educate advisor support. Advise the implementation of club and organization programs including fraternity/sorority community wide programs/activities including Hazing Prevention Week, Meet the Greeks, Greek Life Emerging Leaders Retreat, Greek Week, Homecoming, Club and Organization Leadership Awards, etc. Plan and assess leadership development and educational programming within clubs and orgs and SGA including officer training/transition, new member education and risk management.

Actively support the development of clubs and orgs students and alumni. Serve as a liaison to inter/national headquarters; alumni; advisors and other university departments. Ensure recruitment and intake policies and procedures, according to UNCP guidelines, national organizations, and governing councils are followed. Serve as liaison to the University administration, working closely with the Director of Campus Engagement and Leadership to ensure collaborative partnerships are developed and sustained across campus for the purpose of upholding the values and tenets of UNCP clubs and orgs. Uphold all policies and procedures of Campus Engagement and Leadership not limited to those specifically
