Customer Solutions Manager

The Customer Solutions Manager at Chobani will lead development of the replenishment strategy, while monitoring and maintaining correct store level inventory. This individual will oversee a team that relies heavily on analytics to implement tactics to achieve results consistent with established volume objectives. This individual will build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to galvanize all parties around established inventory goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across Chobani and the customers to build, execute and streamline the replenishment strategy for perishable product segment
• Work with customer and internal supply chain teams to validate forecast accuracy and make recommendations as needed to ensure order forecast aligns with forecast and seasonality
• Review customer orders to ensure appropriate quantities, timeliness of product flow and adjust orders as necessary to support sales priorities
• Work with both internal and customer partners to optimize the product flow to ensure Chobani exceeds key metrics
• Manage the allocation of promotional volume at store level and analyze results to ensure efficient sell through of product
• Manage and present reclaim tracking
• Cultivate continuous innovation of reporting as it relates to ad-hoc requests and client-specific information to uncover insights that improve performance and make recommendations based on results
• Identify and communicate key drivers, and build strong relationships with retailer replenishment teams to ensure alignment to priorities
• Perform other duties as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales analytics with specific knowledge of sales data (e.g. Nielsen, IRI, Retail Link)
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Proven understanding of forecasting and inventory management is required
• Perishable replenishment experience strongly preferred
• Ability to effectively manage a fast-paced workflow and team fielding a weekly multitude of requests
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and apply innovative thinking to drive solutions
• Must be attentive to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit is a must
