responsibilities

As an Electrical Maintenance and Automation Systems Engineer in this role, your main responsibilities will be the following:

• Solve any electrical or electronic or automation issues, that results in production delays
• Support existing control systems PLC by providing software and hardware troubleshooting
• Develop and Maintain Automated Processes
• Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance on all electrical equipment
• Monitor and control maintenance cost
• Maintain supplies inventory, by checking electrical material stock, to determine inventory
• Create instruction and documentation for the use and maintenance of electrical equipment
• Continuous improvement projects at department level
• Improve health and safety procedures

The position of Electrical Maintenance and Automation Systems Engineer is just the right one for you if you possess the following skills:

• Diploma in the field of Electrical and Computer Engineering (5 years degree)
• Master’s degree will be considered a plus
• Very good knowledge of the English language
• Very good knowledge of Siemens PLCs will be considered a plus
• Very good knowledge of AC or DC Drives will be considered a plus
• Very good knowledge of EPLAN and AutoCAD software will be considered a plus
• Good level of IT skills (Microsoft office, Computer networking basics, programming languages) will be considered a plus
• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial environment
