Are you an experienced Executive Assistant, well-versed in a variety of office tasks, computer-savvy, detail-oriented, and resourceful? Do you have multi-tasking skills? We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant who will be supporting the Managing Director of a multinational worldwide leader in the technology sector. If this sounds like you, we’d like to hear from you! This is a fixed term assignment.

responsibilities

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • The management of the Managing Director’s agenda 
  • Act as liaison between the Managing Director and customers, contacts, and personnel
  • Travel arrangements 
  • Coordinate the Managing Director’s office workflow, (correspondence, presentations, meetings, phone calls, etc)
  • Undertake additional duties as determined by Managing Director

requirements

The successful candidate for this Executive Assistant position should have the following profile:

  • At least 3 years of experience as Personal Assistant to Senior Executives
  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Master’s Degree would be an asset
  • Excellent command verbal and written in the English language
  • Knowledge of a second foreign language such as French or German, would be an asset
  • Excellent PC skills 
  • Use of blind typing system, in both Greek and English
  • Multitasking
  • Attention to detail
  • Team spirit
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure and willing to work extra time during busy times and on call during weekends and after business hours
  • Trustworthy, respectful, honest, loyal, discreet
  • Must demonstrate a can-do attitude and be proactive
  • Ability to problem solve and follow through on a variety of tasks
  • Creative and forward thinking
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Attention to detail
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
