The Recruitment Coordinator (RC), home-based in the Ohio/Kentucky region, is a public-facing member of Be The Match. This position educates, engages and inspires the public for their support and participation in the mission through presentations, awareness events, celebrations and registry recruitment event execution.Primary responsibilities include building and sustaining relationships and driving committed individuals to join the Be The Match registry. Key targets audiences for RC’s are:Colleges, universities and technical or vocational schoolsCommunity-based organizations and coalitionsCorporationsService

Required Qualifications: Degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field plus 6 or more years professional experience. Candidate must demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills, and a strong customer service orientation. Must have experience leading teams and leading without authority. Must be able to communicate deadlines clearly and expectations with other departments Experience in creating marketing strategies and tactics.
