As an expanding hospitality company based in Austin, Texas we are looking for candidates that are passionate about hospitality and have a yearning to grow very quickly. This position allows you to develop your career in two exciting departments simultaneously. This position will report directly to the Front Office but will act as a support to our Sales Team when it comes to Group Room Blocks.
The Sales and Operations Supervisor is a brand new position that incorporates both Front Office MOD(Manager on Duty) and Group Rooms Coordinator responsibilities. This position would report directly to the Director of Front Office, and act as Front Office Representative in resume and BEO meetings. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for holding the Front Office team accountable to department standards, assist with training, guest resolution, and managing group blocks. Managing blocks will consist of coordinating reservations, rooming lists, contracts, and maintenance in the PMS system. As a 47 room property, the Sales and Front Office departments need a Supervisor to champion these responsibilities, and lead the Front Office through heavy arrival and departure days.
