responsibilities

As IT Manager, you will be responsible for the applications and systems of the company, a well known organization with activities within the automotive industry. More specifically, our duties will be the following:

• develop a strategy for all IT related operations, prepare the relevant action plan and lead the implementation
• be responsible for the corporate ERP (enhancements, troubleshooting, future migration etc)
• plan, design, implement, customize and enhance the organization’s IT systems (applications etc) 
• visualize, direct, organize, implement and monitor IT projects (migrations, installations, customizations etc)
• participate in IT vendor contract negotiations and approve relative purchases (systems, software, ERP, hardware, services etc.) 
• lead a team of IT professionals

requirements

In order for your profile to match the IT Manager position, you need the following skills:

• 5+ years of experience as IT Manager or as senior ERP professional
• excellent professional experience in ERP migration and/or customization (SQL queries, reporting, implementation etc)
• degree in IT or relevant field
• good understanding of key technologies
• people management
• great communication skills in Greek & English
• problem solving skills
• Innovation & acceptance of diversity
• strong will for further improvement
