responsibilities

As IT Specialist, you’ll join a team of experienced professionals getting involved with the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of the company’s IT systems providing accurate and timely IT support. Your responsibilities will be the following:

• Ensure the proper functioning of the computer hardware and software
• Manage the computer equipment including servers, workstations, printers, phones
• Assist users in the use of production hardware and software
• Complete tasks and ad-hoc requests in a timely manner, ensuring the quality of the result, follow-up of tickets according to the established SLA rules
• Participate in tasks and projects that have to do with the IT department or end users (movements of equipment, test applications, etc ). Timely implementation of applications -preparation and delivery of workstations and other IT equipment
• Intervene in the installation and configuration of IT and telecommunications systems according to specifications, internal requests, the Group policy and legislation
• Create/Update documentation/materials related to technical procedures for the department or end users
• Suggest improvements in the existing procedures
• Adhere to established IT policies, procedures and standards and ensure conformance with information systems, company goals, and procedures

requirements

In order for your profile to match the IT Specialist position, you need to have the following skills:

• ≥ 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Degree in IT or related field
• Very good knowledge of Windows server administration e.g. manage AD, file server configuration
• Good Knowledge on network topology e.g. LAN, WAN, equipment configuration, subnetting
• Excellent troubleshooting skills in MS Office and MS O365 technologies
• Ability to cooperate with international teams
• Very good communication skills in both Greek and English
• Completed military obligations, if applicable
