Position Summary:
Responsible for overall content planning, roadmap development and content marketing strategies. Works with internal and external partners to ensure consistent content creation and delivery across platforms. This position ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.

Responsibilities:
Takes ownership of content guidelines, standards, and best practices.

Responsible for content marketing data and analytics tools and capabilities.

Utilizes knowledge of organic search strategies to improve rankings on search engines and drive web traffic.

Leverages segmentation and content to deliver personalized and relevant customer experiences.

Clearly tracks and demonstrates program effectiveness.

Provides customer service to help define and prioritize content updates that drive the most impact.

Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:
Demonstrates knowledge of, adherence to, monitoring and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and laws as they pertain to this position.

Understanding of business analysis principles, processes, and techniques.

Effective organizational and time management skills.

Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to make decisions that have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and cross functional departments.

Ability to make informal and formal presentations, inside and outside the organization; speaking before assigned team or other groups as needed.

Ability to deal with complex difficult problems involving multiple facets and variables in nonstandardized situations.

Ability to create use cases, functional, and technical requirements.

Ability to understand and represent the needs of the end user in a software development environment.

Strong consultative and advisory skills.

Ability to work with little to no supervision while performing duties.

Experience managing digital products, including website and mobile.

Experience in the Mortgage or Financial Services industry

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, and a minimum of three (3) + years of related experience.
