responsibilities

For this IT Project Manager position you will:

• Manage projects related to the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value.
• Perform delivery planning for assigned projects in an agile environment.
• Manage issues and mitigate risks, regarding the implementation and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects (ERP – Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement – Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, Retail – Commerce, Human Resources)
• Meet stakeholders and business expectations.
• Review and assess vendor proposals (vendor management).
• Lead design and review sessions with technical and business staff, including all levels of management.
• Unravel, define and document complex technical business requirements and processes.
• Independently drive projects to completion and be accountable for project success.
• Ongoing learning, training and achieving proficiency.

requirements

For this IT Project Manager position we will expect to see from your CV: 

• 8+ years of experience in managing the delivery of large IT projects.
• Experience in using project management tools like MS Project, MS Office 365, MS Visio etc.
• Higher education degree, master’s preferred.
• Domain knowledge in Finance or Supply Chain.

Desirable knowledge and skill set:

• PMP certification.
• Agile/Scrum Master certification.
• Certifications on Microsoft technologies.
• Domain knowledge in CRM, SFA, HR, Retail.
• Familiarity with MS SQL Server & Business Intelligence tools.

Communication and behavioral competencies: 

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Time management and multitasking.
• Real customer focus to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Professional presentation skills.
• Fluency in English and Greek.
