responsibilities

    As a Senior International Recruiter, you will be:

    • Sourcing candidates for Sales/Business Development positions (medium & senior level)
    • Building a pool of candidates taking advantage of all resource channels of various countries around the world.
    • Managing job advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
    • Actively participating in Assessment Centres for final selection of candidates, following company’s policy standards
    • Building a solid relationship with Sales Departments and collaborate to achieve recruitment goals
    • Preparing and monitoring reports for HQ, managing results from the recruitment team
    • Acting proactively to meet deadlines and going the extra mile if needed

    requirements

      In order to be eligible for the Senior International Recruiter role you need to have:

      • 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment in an organization or recruitment agency.
      • Experience in recruiting sales speciality profiles
      • Previous experience as a Sales Executive in tech products or Sales Trainer in tech companies, actively involved in selection processes of sales teams would be a strong added value 
      • Experience with International projects will be considered as an asset.
      • Studies in IT, HR or Marketing is preferred but not essential.
      • Strong organizational skills, self-motivated and able to work remotely without supervision
      • Excellent knowledge of the English language (both verbal and written)
      • The ability to work well in an extremely fast-paced, changing and high growth environment is essential
      • Team player, able to collaborate with colleagues in various departments and work under pressure.
