The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Office in Greece, located at 91, Michalakopoulou Street, 11528 Athens, requests your price quotation for the one-off supply of electrical, hydraulic and hand tools as specified in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).
REQUIREMENTS
Description: One-off supply of electrical, hydraulic and hand Tools Quantities / Specifications: As per Annex A Delivery: DAP Samos (Reception and Identification Centre) Delivery lead time: Please state the lead time for DAP delivery upon receipt of official Purchase Order, in calendar days (using Annex B-Technical Offer form)
Please note that figures have been stated in order to enable bidders to have an indication of the projected requirements. It does not represent a commitment that UNHCR will purchase the full quantity of items. Quantities may vary and will depend on the actual requirements and funds available regulated by issuance of individual Purchase Orders.
UNHCR reserves the right to accept the whole or part of your bid, or to allow split or partial awards.
REQUEST FOR CLARIFICATIONS
Requests for clarifications can be received by email at [email protected] deadline for receipt of questions is Monday 14/09/2020 at 23:59 hrs. Bidders are requested to keep all questions concise.
UNHCR will compile the questions received and will respond via email. UNHCR may, at its discretion, copy any reply to a particular question to all other invited bidders at once. At the same time a Questions & Answers document will be prepared and posted on the UNHCR website.

Please be aware of the fact that the e-mail policy employed by UNHCR limits the size of attachments to a maximum of 20 Mb so it may be necessary to send more than one e-mail for the whole submission.
