HERFF JONES, Page Analysis II – Edwardsville, KS
Your Opportunity:
The Herff Jones Production team is looking for a Page Analysis II Operator to join our team based in Edwardsville, KS.
What You’ll Do:
Create work orders and ensuring they move in a timely manner.
Work within eDesign, applying glue strips. Download and update PDFs for production.
Run Endsheets through our workflow and corrects them as necessary.
Print Quickturn workorders and remove them from Virtual Pages. Check and create the Quickturn digital file.
Work with Customer Service Advisers to release pages back in eDesign and update necessary systems, such as YBS.
Download and notify Cover Desk of Cover submissions.
Work in the Corrections Client and makes the needed corrections to submitted pages. Redownload and properly update PDFs.
Check submitted pages for glitches, spelling mistakes, overall consistency in the book. Put pages on HOLD and work with the CSA to correct them.
Share duties with Prepress Specialist.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to operate PC or MAC Computer.
