This position will advise the Panhellenic Council, implement leadership programming, and support volunteer activities on campus.
The position acts as a campus engagement specialist with a focus upon developing and delivering programs and services which enhance the educational growth and development of students. The position will focus upon engagement programs and may have responsibility for the advisement of the assigned leadership councils. The position will work throughout the Division of Student Affairs to create awareness of and participation in opportunities available to all students.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the fraternity and sorority experience by advising the Panhellenic Council, one other Greek council (Greek Independent Council or National Pan-Hellenic Council) and the Order of Omega chapter.
- Coordinate fraternity and sorority programs and trainings as assigned.
- Support and implement a leadership certificate program collaboratively with campus partners.
- Promote volunteer opportunities locally and coordinate service days as required.
- Other duties to the Division of Student Affairs as assigned.
Supervision Received:
- General supervision is received from the Assistant Director of Student Involvement.
Supervision Exercised:
- Supervision may be exercised over office support and / or student employees as needed.
