responsibilities

The ΙΤ Business Analyst role entails the following responsibilities:

• facilitate the development of requirements in an iterative environment (Agile)
• design and implement workflows and business rules on which customer’s operational policies and practices apply
• review vendor functional design documents and validate that functionality meets approved detailed requirements
• execute test cases for various testing phases
• coordinate with subject matter experts to confirm system functionality meets end-user expectations
• triage incidents discovered during all phases of testing, including application defects, design issues, and functional scope changes
• review all relevant vendor documentation, including, but not limited to, business requirements documentation, test plans, and technical design documentation

requirements

If you are the successful ΙΤ Business Analyst, you need to have the following:

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a relevant role being able to gather & translate business needs in tech teams
• Experience in the banking field
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience working in the Agile software development methodology
• Understanding of technical concepts related to software development
• Flexibility with travelling abroad (up to 50%)
• Fluency in English and solid presentation skills
