Looking for a self-motivated, leadership-oriented candidate to join our growing Operations department in our fast-growing food manufacturing facility. The job requirement will include leading Clio?s manufacturing team to ensure processes run reliably and efficiently, assisting operations in meeting daily and weekly target production goals, facilitating timely and accurate reporting, as well as additional tasks assigned by the Operations Sr. Director.

What You?ll Do:
Lead & oversee the production, packaging and warehousing staff to meet daily and weekly target production goals
Work with Sr. Director of Operations and Operations Analyst to build production schedule; facilitate execution of and tracking against that target production schedule
Ensure all employees follow plant guidelines and food safety protocol at all times
Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
Monitor, track and ensure reporting on productivity rates and product standards
Implement quality control programs
Liaise with different departments, teams and companies, e.g. suppliers, managers, clients
Ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met
Work with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals
Continually seek out and identify areas for improvement in all areas of your work including scheduling efficiency, increased output, employee satisfaction, etc
Participate in strategy.& planning meetings with cross functional colleagues
Work with engineering team to deeply understand & troubleshoot machinery as needed
Motivate a team of workers, review worker performance and identify training needs.

What you’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years’ experience in manufacturing operations
2+ years’ experience supervising a plant
Stellar problem solving skills
A passion for fast-paced, high growth environments and a high tolerance for adversity
Excellent project management skills
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Proven track record of successfully training employees in productivity and safety
Working knowledge of Health and Safety and Environmental regulations
Ability to coach and mentor employees on a one-on-one basis as well as a group

Work Environment:
Production floor and office environment.
Occasionally exposed to extreme atmospheric conditions (temperature, noise fumes, dust, etc.)
Lifting 20 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 10 pounds. Walking or standing to a significant degree, involves sitting most of the time with a degree of pushing and pulling.
