We would appreciate receiving your quotation on or before Tuesday 29/09/2020 – 23:59 hrs local Greece time by e-mail in PDF format at [email protected] Please be aware of the fact that the e-mail policy employed by UNHCR limits the size of attachments to a maximum of 20 Mb so it may be necessary to send more than one e-mail for the whole submission.
Please indicate in the e-mail subject field:
- RFQ/GRC/2020-064 for the Supply of ICT equipment
- Name of your firm
- Number of e-mails that are sent (example: 1/2, 2/2)
Your quotation must be valid as least for 60 days. UNHCR reserves the right to accept the whole or part of your bid.
The standard payment terms of UNHCR is net 30 days upon satisfactory delivery of goods or services and acceptance thereof by UNHCR.
Please note that UNHCR has tax and duty exemption status.
IMPORTANT: Cancellation of Solicitation: UNHCR reserves the right to cancel a Solicitation at any stage of the procurement process prior to final notice of award of a contract.
UNHCR may, at its discretion, extend the deadline for the submission of bids by uploading the relevant documents on UNHCR Site. The extension of the deadline may accompany a modification of the solicitation documents prepared by UNHCR at its own initiative.
